Norman Beaulieu, CEO, has been involved with early stage technology companies for the last sixteen years as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor. Most recently, Norman founded Aedi Group as an investment holding company focused on green innovations and technologies.  Norman also founded Village Corps, a non-profit organization focused on generating sustainable prosperity for poor, rural communities using technology and social media. Norman is a graduate of Wesleyan University and an Africa Leadership Initiative Fellow at the Aspen Institute. 

 

Michael Huang, Chief Technology Officer, has been in the customer relationship management industry for over 10 years.  Most of Michael’s work has been concentrated in helping the financial industry and other major corporations to better serve their customers both in the US and abroad.  He has authored books and published numerous papers about artificial intelligence and expert system technology in several different domains. Michael is the lead architect and creator for Aedi's natural language based real-time reasoning engine.  Michael holds a Ph.D. in computer science.

 

Chris Maher, VP of Professional Services and Customer Support, has over 20 years of professional services experience with Fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and EDS.  He has also worked at several highly successful start-up organizations where he was instrumental in building world class delivery teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ultimately establishing a positive brand for each of the organizations. In his most recent endeavor, Chris worked on green initiatives as part of the Virtualization Global Practice at Microsoft.

Chris has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.

 

Georges Dyer, VP of Finance, brings over ten years of experience in solutions-based, business-driven, and whole-system approaches to organizational change and sustainable development.  He worked as the Head of Market Intelligence for the Institutional Equities Group at LaBranche Financial Services and has worked with start-up companies and on residential and commercial real estate projects. He is a founder of Greenland Enterprises, a consultancy specializing in strategic leadership towards sustainability.

Georges is also a Senior Fellow at Second Nature, where he helps support the American College & University Presidents’ Climate Commitment, the Treasurer of Stratleade Sustainability Education, and an Advisory Board member for Greenopolis. He holds a Master’s of Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden, and a B.A. in History and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.

 

Archie Kasnet, VP of Business Development
Archie has 12 years experience creating whole-system solutions to sustainability in the private and public sectors including technology start-ups, real estate and energy policy.  While working at Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, he wrote position paper on U.S. domestic energy security for Senator Joeseph Biden's presidential platform and was a contributing author to the paper titled “Healthy Solutions for the Low Carbon Economy” published through Harvard Medical School's Center for Health and the Global Environment.  Archie leverages his networks to expedite the transition to an integrated economy based on a resilient global ecology.

He holds a Master’s of Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden, and a B.A in Environmental Studies and Latin American Studies with a concentration on Sustainable Development from Gettysburg College.
